Terms of Use & International Commercial Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Dawn Med Global Inc. (“DMG”) or conducting business through our procurement and export channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Canadian, United States, and destination country export/import regulations.

2. Equipment Representations & Certification

DMG provides certified pre-owned and refurbished medical systems. Specific operational options, software keys, tube hours, detector statuses, and cosmetic condition are documented on official pro-forma invoices and engineering inspection certificates. While all systems undergo rigorous testing by qualified biomedical specialists prior to export, the purchasing institution remains responsible for local installation, site preparation, voltage compliance, and destination licensing.

3. Freight, Title & International Shipping

Unless explicitly specified in writing on pro-forma documentation, international freight transactions follow standard Incoterms (CIF, FOB, CFR, or Ex-Works). Risk of loss transfers in accordance with agreed Incoterms upon delivery of sealed export crates to the nominated ocean carrier or air freight terminal.

4. Hospital Decommissioning & Facility Removal

When DMG acquires equipment from healthcare facilities, all de-installation, rigging, crane operation, and logistics are carried out by insured biomedical contractors in adherence with facility health and safety standards. Ownership passes upon execution of mutual bill of sale and clearance of funds.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions originating through DMG shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
